Project Manager, Manila

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while effectively managing resources, risks, subcontractors, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals and client requirements.
• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools, metrics, and reporting methods.
• Manage changes in scope, schedule, and cost through structured change control processes.
• Identify potential risks and issues proactively, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular project updates, status reports, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure efficient resource planning and allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee subcontractor coordination, permitting, inspections, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Promote and enforce site safety standards and quality control measures at all stages of the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 57 years of experience in construction project management or site supervision.
• Proven track record of successfully managing commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with construction methods, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated experience in subcontractor coordination, permitting, inspections, and safety management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
