The Operations Command Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the centralized monitoring and support of daily store operations across all branches. The role ensures smooth operational flow, quick resolution of incidents, compliance with company standards, and real-time coordination between stores and support departments. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business continuity for food store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily branch/store operations and ensure operational issues are addressed promptly.
- Serve as the central point of coordination for store concerns, incidents, escalations, and operational disruptions.
- Track store performance metrics including sales, manpower, delivery operations, customer complaints, downtime, and compliance.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, IT, Supply Chain, Facilities, and other departments to resolve store-related concerns.
- Develop and implement operational monitoring systems, reporting tools, and escalation procedures.
- Ensure stores comply with operational standards, food safety regulations, and company policies.
- Lead incident management and crisis response during emergencies or operational disruptions.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Supervise Command Center staff and ensure proper scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Support new store openings, promotional activities, and major operational initiatives.
- Maintain real-time communication with store teams to ensure smooth execution of operations.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in restaurant, retail, food service, or multi-branch operations management.
- Experience in command center, operations monitoring, logistics coordination, or incident management is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and operational reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
- Willing to work flexible hours, shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
- Experience handling multiple store operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety, customer service standards, and operational compliance is an advantage.
