Building Maintenance Technician, Manila

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform range of repair and maintenance tasks including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical and mechanical
• Carpentry - can function as finishing carpenter, works should be presentable for mid to high end condo and office spaces (provide portfolio of finished projects)
• Has an idea on building code and safety requirements is an advantage
• Provide repair assessments and suggestions to management
• With driver's license is a plus but not required
• Other special tasks may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• Highschool graduate/technical course
• Technical Proficiency
• Can work with a team
• Willing to do field work
• Keen to details and takes well instructions

Workdays:

Monday to Friday (7:30 am to 6:00 pm)
