Billing and Utilities Customer Service Representative - Onsite, Manila

Job Responsibilities

Helping customers with anything related to paying their bills receiving payments, checking if a payment went through, and confirming transactions.

Creating bills, applying discounts or fees, sending bills on time, and fixing any mistakes or disputes about charges.

Helping customers when their service stops working identifying the problem, coordinating with technical teams, and arranging compensation if needed.

Setting up new accounts when customers move in, closing accounts when they move out, scheduling start or end dates, and making sure the final bill is correct.

Helping customers set up installment plans so they can pay their balance over time instead of all at once.

• At least Senior High School graduate (or High School graduate under the old curriculum), vocational graduate of any course, or equivalent
• With 6 months to 1-year BPO/call center experience preferred
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with MS Office
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build good customer relationships
