Outbound Sales CSR - Paco Manila (ONSITE ROLE)

Role Overview:

Engage potential and existing customers through outbound calls to promote live events and media offerings, build relationships, and drive attendance and sales.

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and follow-ups
• Build rapport and understand customer business needs
• Promote events and media offerings
• Maintain client relationships and handle inquiries
• Gather customer feedback and insights
• Meet or exceed sales targets

• At least Senior High School graduate (or equivalent)
• 12 years BPO experience (sales or customer engagement)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach
• Basic computer and MS Office skills
• Familiarity with CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus
• Goal-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• 100% onsite work setup (Paco, Manila)
