Commercial Manager (Logistics), Manila

The Commercial Manager is responsible for leading the companys commercial and business development functions, including client acquisition, account management, and revenue growth. The role ensures achievement of sales targets, development of strategic partnerships, and effective coordination with operations to support logistics service delivery and business objectives.

• Develop and execute commercial and business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
• Manage key accounts and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements.
• Coordinate closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure service efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Prepare sales forecasts, commercial reports, and performance analysis.
• Support pricing strategy development and business planning with management.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives.
• Supervise and support the commercial or sales team in daily operations.

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles.
• With managerial experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry preferred.
• Strong background in client management, sales strategy, and contract negotiation.
• Knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
