Handles food preparation, plating, inventory monitoring, and proper kitchen sanitation, while ensuring efficient workflow and consistency in food quality within a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cook or Chef specializing in Western cuisine
• With working experience in established hotels, fine dining restaurants, or large-scale restaurant operations
• Knowledgeable in Western food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety standards
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Culinary training or related certification is an advantage
