Job Overview:

Were looking for a reliable and proactive team player who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and fully functional workspace. This role is ideal for someone who values hands-on work, supports team operations, and is open to developing technical skills, especially in basic electrical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of office spaces
  • Perform routine cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitation as needed
  • Respond to and clean spills using proper equipment
  • Assist in minor repairs and basic electrical tasks (for NC II Electrician holders)
  • Purchase and secure requested company materials and equipment
  • Support day-to-day operational needs of the team and management
  • Provide assistance to co-workers when required
  • Carry out additional tasks assigned by the immediate superior

Qualifications:

  • At least High School graduate or vocational course graduate
  • NC II Certification in Electrical Installation and Maintenance.
  • Previous experience as a utility staff or similar role is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in cleaning tools, equipment, and safety practices
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Willing to do field work when needed
  • Open to shifting schedules
