Admin Staff (Assisting Audit & Invetory), Manila

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare, organize, and maintain audit-related documents and records
• Assist in checking and verifying reports, receipts, invoices, and other company transactions
• Monitor submission of documents from branches and departments
• Encode and update audit data and reports accurately
• Coordinate with different departments regarding audit requirements and discrepancies
• Assist auditors during internal and external audit activities
• Maintain proper filing system for physical and digital documents
• Prepare summaries, monitoring sheets, and audit reports as needed
• Ensure confidentiality of company records and information
• Perform other administrative and clerical tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Financial Management, or related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in admin or audit-related work is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday
• Full-time position
