Qualifications

Experience:

- At least 23 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruitment, employee relations, and payroll processing.

- Experience in manufacturing or corporate setting is an advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Can handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
