Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, IT, Psychology, or related field
  • Atleast one (1) year recruitment experience, with focus on technical hiring
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment (BPO, IT services, shared services)
  • Familiarity with technical roles (developers, QA, network engineers, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and ATS
  • Experienced in outsourcing for niche role

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (IT, engineering, developers)
  • Handle high-volume hiring (multiple roles simultaneously with strict deadlines)
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and platforms like LinkedIn and JobStreet
  • Conduct initial technical screening and behavioral interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and technical teams for requirements and feedback
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Ensure fast turnaround time from sourcing to offer stage
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates)
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience despite volume hiring
  • Mentor junior recruiters and support process improvements
