- Perform pick-up and delivery of documents, forms, and endorsements between BQuest office, client stores, and partner locations
- Ensure safe handling, completeness, and confidentiality of all documents and materials
- Assist HR/Admin team in urgent field errands and operational requirements
- Provide timely updates and proof of delivery (e.g., signatures, photos, or confirmation messages)
- Follow assigned routes, schedules, and instructions strictly
- Maintain proper coordination with assigned supervisor regarding all field activities
- Submit daily activity reports or trip summaries as required
