Hotel Maintenance Technician, Manila

The Hotel Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that all hotel facilities, guest rooms, and equipment are in excellent working condition. This role supports a safe, comfortable, and pleasant environment for guests and staff by performing preventive maintenance and timely repairs.

• Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests (e.g., aircon issues, leaks, lighting problems)
• Repair and maintain hotel equipment, fixtures, and appliances
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and hotel policies

• Work involves both indoor and outdoor tasks
• May require shifting schedules and on-call duties
• Physically demanding (lifting, climbing, prolonged standing)
