Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Installation: Installing conduit, wiring, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, transformers, and electrical panels.
• Maintenance & Repair: Conducting inspections to identify hazards, diagnosing malfunctions, and repairing or replacing broken equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Following national, state, and local electrical codes (e.g., NEC) and safety protocols.
• Blueprint Analysis: Reading and interpreting technical diagrams, blueprints, and circuit layouts.
• Testing: Using testing devices like ammeters, voltmeters, and cable testers to ensure system compatibility and safety.
• Collaboration: Working with construction teams, engineers, or clients to plan and execute projects.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, plus completion of an electrician apprenticeship program.
• Experience: Proven experience as an electrician, with knowledge of industrial and commercial electrical systems.
• Physical Ability: Capability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and differentiate between colors of wires
