Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase requests and purchase orders accurately and on time
  • Source, evaluate, and recommend suppliers for accreditation and performance improvement
  • Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, deliveries, and issue resolution
  • Assist in budget checking and ensure compliance with procurement policies
  • Maintain organized procurement records, documents, and contracts
  • Monitor deliveries and support reporting and inventory tracking


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain preferred
  • Experience in retail or administrative roles is an advantage
