General Duties And Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision of the Retail Store Supervisor, main task is:
• Initiates contact with the customer in the store and helps the customer in the store and helps the customer feel welcome.
• Reports directly under the supervision of RSS.
• Assesses the needs of the customer and provide the appropriate level of service to the customers.

Specific Duties And Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Direct the customers throughout the store or to the specific area the customer requests.
• Find out the specific needs of each person that enters the store.
• Communicates with the customers about style, quality and value of the product; provides over all product and fit knowledge to the customer.
• Uses effective communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Work to make customers, not just sales, and learn to sell by satisfying customer needs.
• Give accurate and current information about the product for all inquiries.
• Coordinates efforts with other sales associates to ensure customers receive exceptional service throughout the store.
• Participate in merchandise handling, which includes stock replenishments, fitting room use and price management.
• Prepares stock inventory/ sales reports to the office on weekly basis.

Specific Duties And Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive, cheerful and cooperation with the team.
• Report to work on time or notify in advance if absent or late.
• Observe proper grooming and uniform while on duty.
• Report to office during office day.
• Observe and adhere to all company rules and regulations of M5 Creative, Inc.
• Check stock daily to ensure that all products are adequately stocked and available for customers; if stock is not currently available off to put their name on the wish list and to call them when stock arrives.
• All folded merchandise must be neat and well folded; sizes should be arranged in order from smallest to largest. Color must be separated from white.
• All hanging merchandise must be always checked and should be clean.
• Featured merchandise should be prominently displayed in each section.
• Maintain store image by adhering to the dress guidelines as outlined in our employee policy on employees uniform.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized back-stock area.
• And other task that maybe assigned by the immediate head or management from time to time.
