The Production Molding Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and controlling plastic injection molding operations to ensure the achievement of production targets in terms of output, quality, cost, safety, and delivery, while ensuring compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and Philippine labor and occupational safety regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Background:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
Licensed Engineer is an advantage
Work Experience:
Minimum of 710 years of experience in plastic injection molding
At least 35 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Technical Skills:
Injection molding processes and defect analysis
Plastic materials and mold fundamentals
Process optimization and troubleshooting
ISO / IATF quality systems knowledge
Behavioral Competencies:
Strong leadership and people management skills
Analytical and data-driven decision-making
Effective communication and coordination
High integrity and safety orientation
