- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in recruitment agency (local or overseas deployment)
- Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, reviewing, deployment)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office
