Job Summary:


We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Make outbound calls when necessary (follow-ups, surveys, or sales support)
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a calm demeanor
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Document all customer interactions in the system
  • Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates
