Merchandising Manager, Manila

We are hiring a Merchandising Manager to lead product planning, vendor coordination, and store merchandising for a growing retail brand. This role is perfect for someone with strong merchandising experience who can manage assortments, work with suppliers, and help drive sales through effective product execution.

• Plan and manage product assortments based on sales performance and trends
• Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, orders, and deliveries
• Monitor inventory levels and avoid stockouts or overstocks
• Support visual merchandising and ensure attractive product displays
• Review sales reports and recommend promotions or improvements
• Work with store teams to ensure merchandising plans are executed properly

• 3+ years experience in merchandising, buying, or category management
• Supervisory experience (at least 12 years)
• Experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or department store environments
• Strong in sales/stock analysis and decision-making
• Good communication and vendor negotiation skills
• Creative eye for visual merchandising
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Preferably Manila-based or willing to work in Binondo
• Able to start immediately is a plus
