Hotel Maintenance Technician, Manila

Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections of hotel facilities, including rooms, common areas, and equipment.
Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repair issues.
Troubleshoot and fix problems related to lighting, air conditioning, water systems, and appliances.
Maintain and repair hotel furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and report shortages.
Assist in renovation and improvement projects when required.
Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs.

Qualifications:

At least High School graduate or Vocational/Technical course (TESDA certification is an advantage).
Proven experience in building maintenance, preferably in a hotel or similar environment.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
Willing to be assigned in Manila.
