Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately encode and update data into company systems and databases
- Prepare, format, and edit documents using Microsoft Word
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and data analysis using Microsoft Excel
- Organize and maintain filing systems (both digital and physical)
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle email communications, scheduling, and office coordination tasks
- Ensure all encoded data is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
- Support other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in any related field
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (formulas, formatting, data entry)
- Fast and accurate typing/encoding skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
