HR Manager, Manila

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain high-quality talent.
• Design and lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and build a strong leadership pipeline.
• Collaborate with business leaders and the Executive Committee to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
• Oversee performance management systems, employee engagement programs, and organizational development efforts.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the HR team to achieve operational excellence and deliver impactful results.
• Support workforce planning initiatives, including hiring strategies for expansion and new business ventures.
• Manage complex employee relations issues with professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong background in recruitment and training, with experience in high-volume hiring considered an advantage.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-driven environment.
• Willingness to work onsite in Manila and/or Quezon City.
• Flexible and committed, with the ability to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with strong execution and problem-solving capabilities.
