Language Proficiency: * Must be Trilingual (Mandarin, English, and Tagalog).

• Ability to translate management directives from Mandarin to local HR policies and employee communications.

Candidate Profile:

• Management is looking for Professional Maturity and a "man of action" or "disciplined leader" personality.
• Strong leadership presence to handle employee relations and organizational discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing full-cycle Human Resources operations (Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Relations, and Compliance).
• Serving as the central coordination hub between the Chinese bosses (Steven/Ernest) and the local workforce.
• Implementing and maintaining company standards and professional integrity within the Banawe branch.
• Handling conflict resolution and performance management with a grounded, firm approach.

Experience:

• Proven experience in HR Management, preferably in a multicultural or Filipino-Chinese business setting.
• Deep understanding of DOLE regulations and statutory compliance.
