  • Interview Coordination: Collaborating with hiring managers to schedule interviews and assessment tests.
  • Offer & Onboarding: Extending job offers, conducting background checks, and preparing new hire paperwork to facilitate onboarding.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Building and maintaining a database of potential candidates for future roles.
  • Process Improvement: Keeping up-to-date with employment legislation and optimizing recruitment strategies to improve efficiency.
