We are passionate about coffee craftsmanship and customer service, and we are looking for a motivated and experienced Barista to join our team. Job Summary:We are seeking an energetic and experienced Barista with a background in leading coffee brands to deliver outstanding beverages and service. You will be a vital part of creating a vibrant coffee culture, engaging with customers, and ensuring every visit exceeds expectations. Your expertise will help shape our brand as we grow. Key Responsibilities:  Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages accurately and efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs and creating a warm welcoming environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and seating area. Follow standardized recipes and quality control procedures. Upsell products and promote our brand to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Handle cash register operations and manage transactions accurately. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth caf operations. Qualifications:  Prior experience as a Barista in a major coffee brand or similar setting. Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and beverage presentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Passion for coffee and delivering great customer experiences. Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and holidays.
