Team Member / Service Crew, Manila

Job Summary:

The Service Crew is responsible for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced food or retail environment. They assist customers, handle orders, prepare food or products, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace.

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Handle cash, card, or digital payments properly
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and service counters
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations

• At least high school graduate (Senior High preferred)
• Previous experience in food service or retail is an advantage (but not required)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
