Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting follow-up calls and emails with clients
  • Encoding of Sales and Purchases
  • Monitoring of Accounts Payables and Receivables
  • Tracking of documents received and delivered
  • Making sure that internal procedures are followed
  • Coordinator of internal and external operations
  • Regular reporting to department head (weekly basis)

Qualificstions:

  • A graduate of Business Management, Finance, Accountancy, or any related program
  • Open to fresh graduates; Experience in bookkeeping is a plus
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
  • Critical in making decision and flexible in terms of work load
  • With good communication and organization skills
