Job Requirements
HR Generalist
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in general hr
- With leadership experience (handling staffs)
- Experience in Audio-Visual (AV) and lighting installation/Services industry is a plus
- Can start immediately
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting and implementing human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance with Philippine labor laws such as the Labor Code of the Philippines.
