Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Management required

Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and website analytics.

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions about marketing campaigns.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating engaging content and communicating with customers.

The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritizes tasks, and meets deadlines.

Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Woo commerce, and various email marketing platforms.

Prior Ecommerce Customer Service experience

Ability to handle high volume customer interactions

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Effective time management skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Detail-oriented and accurate data entry

Flexible availability including weekends and holidaysc
