Solution Support Engineer, Manila

Job Responsibilities

• Perform implementation activities such as installation, configuration, and comprehensive documentation
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities
• Maintain daily records of completed and ongoing work
• Respond promptly to requests from authorized personnel requiring data processing or BSSC services
• Ensure high-quality service delivery to all clients
• Analyze and test alternative or new equipment, products, and software configurations; recommend suitable solutions to the supervisor
• Ensure quality, productivity, cost-effectiveness, and timeliness of all BSSC services
• Ensure accuracy and proper documentation of output results and data
• Attend to job orders assigned by superiors or requested by sales personnel and clients
• Implement solutions based on company service standards or contract agreements
• Conduct seminars or technical product training for clients, sales teams, pre-sales engineers, and technical engineers
• Perform other related responsibilities and projects as assigned
