Job Title: Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative

The Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers in both Spanish and English through phone, email, or chat. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to deliver high-quality service to Spanish-speaking clients.

• Provide customer support in Spanish and English via voice, chat, or email.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, account updates, order processing, and product information.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while following established company procedures.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Escalate complex cases to higher support teams when necessary.
• Meet performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, QA scores, and attendance.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and helpful attitude at all times.
• Translate or interpret basic information for internal teams when required.
• Follow company policies, security protocols, and data privacy standards.

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• At least a high school graduate (college level preferred).
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Experience in BPO, customer service, technical support, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to shifting schedules.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.

• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience handling international customers.
• Cultural awareness when dealing with Spanish-speaking clients from different countries.
