Project and Construction Head, Manila

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all project phases from planning to completion
• Oversee construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and overall project performance
• Manage and supervise project teams, contractors, and suppliers
• Control project costs and approve budgets and payments
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and government agencies
• Ensure projects meet company standards, legal requirements, and deadlines

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction/project management
• At least 3 years in a supervisor or leadership role
• Experience handling multiple large-scale projects
• Strong financial and budgeting skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
