ABOUT UP AND UP THERAPY CENTER:

Up and Up Therapy Center, based in Sampaloc, Manila, specializes in supporting children with Autism, ADHD, and learning differences through highly effective therapies and personalized interventions. Our licensed pediatric therapists offer Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Therapy, SPED Tutorials, Social & Behavioral Programs, and Feeding Therapy, using evidence-based methods like PROMPT and SOS. Operating from Monday to Saturday, we are dedicated to providing a welcoming environment where children can develop communication, motor, social, and academic skills. Our goal is to empower families and help children reach their fullest potential through tailored programs and collaborative care.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the first point of contact for our families and the one who keeps our daily operations running smoothly, you will:


Front Desk & Client Relations

  • Greet patients, families, and visitors with warmth and a genuine smile
  • Answer incoming calls, text messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Handle questions - even the difficult or emotional ones (with patience, confidence, and empathy)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area


Administrative & Financial Support

  • Manage schedules for patients and therapists, keeping everything organized and on top of things
  • Handle cash and digital payment transactions accurately
  • Reconcile daily cash balances and maintain accurate financial records
  • Keep files and documentation organized - patient records, therapist files, and center documents
  • Support management with administrative tasks and initiatives that help the center grow


Communication & Coordination

  • Communicate clearly and kindly with parents, therapists, and owners
  • Be knowledgeable about the center's services and policies to guide families with confidence
  • Assist in coordinating events, schedules, and day-to-day operations


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a secretary, receptionist, or in a similar customer-facing administrative role
  • Clerical & Administrative Skills: Strong document management, data entry, and record-keeping abilities
  • Scheduling: Experience managing calendars and appointments effectively
  • Financial Handling: Experience with cash handling, payment processing, and basic reconciliation
  • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in handling difficult situations with grace
  • Organization: Detail-oriented, able to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Technical Skills: Competence in using basic Google tools (Sheets, Forms, Docs)
  • Attitude: Warm, approachable, and professional. A natural smile and a welcoming presence
  • Education: College diploma or equivalency required
