Video Editor/Multimedia Artist, Manila

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Editor / Multimedia Artist to join our growing e-commerce team. In this role, you will create high-converting product videos, paid ad creatives, and engaging multimedia content optimized for online sales and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate understands how visual storytelling drives conversions and has experience producing content tailored for social media ads, product pages, email campaigns, and marketplace listings.

• Edit and produce high-quality product videos for website listings, landing pages, and marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
• Create short-form video ads optimized for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Develop motion graphics, animated product explainers, and promotional banners
• Perform color correction, sound editing, and post-production enhancements
• Repurpose long-form content into short, performance-driven clips
• Collaborate with marketing, performance, and product teams to create A/B test variations
• Optimize video formats, aspect ratios, and lengths for each platform
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
• Organize and manage digital media libraries and project files

• 1+ years of experience in video editing or multimedia design (e-commerce or digital marketing experience preferred)
• Strong proficiency in:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Experience creating paid social ad creatives
• Strong understanding of video specifications for social and marketplace platforms
• Knowledge of conversion-focused storytelling and direct-response marketing
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• MUST BE WILLING TO BE ON-CAMERA TO PRODUCE QUALITY VIDEO CONTENT
