Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Timekeeper to join our construction team. The Timekeeper will be responsible for accurately recording employee work hours, monitoring attendance, and supporting payroll and project reporting. This role is vital to ensuring smooth operations and compliance with labor regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily records of employee attendance and work hours.
  • Prepare and verify timesheets for payroll processing.
  • Track overtime, absences, and shift changes.
  • Coordinate with supervisors to confirm manpower allocation.
  • Generate daily/weekly reports on labor usage for project management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Assist in scheduling and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Track and record overtime hours of workers, ensuring proper authorization and accurate compensation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction or related industry is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, payroll software, or similar tools.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced construction site environment.
