CAD Designer, Manila

1. Prepare and revise technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built plans based on project requirements.
2. Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans for both general and fit-out works.
3. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site team to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings.
4. Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
5. Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and documentation.
6. Assist in site measurements and verification for drawing preparation.
7. Update drawings based on site conditions, revisions, and instructions.
8. Performs other related tasks and administrative duties that may be assigned.

Note: Having a background in fit-out construction trade is an advantage.
