Responsibilities

  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of monthly renewal allocations, policy issuance, and transmittals in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Ensures adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Recommends workflow improvements and monitors work processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinates with the call center, collection, IT, HR, and other departments for seamless operations.
  • Manages requisitions for insurance-related supplies and system updates, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.

Job Tasks and Requirements

Insurance Renewal Processing of Agents

  • Overseeing the team whole team of insurance agents on their day-to-day operation, including their daily calls, follow-ups, daily production of renewals.
  • Guiding and developing skills to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Monitors the individual monthly target, provide feedback, and identify training and development for Insurance Sales Representatives/Agent.
  • Create and maintain reports, including per Bank Allocation to Agents
  • Monthly Production Report
  • Monthly Sales Performance per Bank Allocation every 10th of the following month.
  • Observation Report of Competitors
  • Proper allocation of bank per Insurance Sales Representatives/Agent.
  • Implementation of Sales Quota after proper evaluation of Bank Allocation to Sales Agent
  • Track performance evaluation of sales agent every 2 months

Financial Monitoring & Remittance Compliance

  • Monitor premium allocations and commission disbursements to ensure accuracy.

Interdepartmental Coordination & Reporting

  • Facilitate seamless communication between insurance sales agents, finance, and collection teams.
  • Ensure timely submission of insurance-related financial reports, including sales performance and unposted policies.
  • Address and resolve operational concerns related to policy issuance, collections, and claims.
  • Implement improvements for workflow efficiency.

Regulatory Compliance & Administrative Support

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in all insurance-related processes.
  • Maintain and organize proper documentation for audits and compliance checks.
