The Leasing Officer is responsible for promoting and leasing available spaces to tenants. They assist prospective clients, prepare leasing documents, and ensure occupancy targets are met.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promote and market available units or spaces to potential tenants.
• Assist clients during site viewing and explain lease terms and property features.
• Process leasing documents, contracts, and tenant requirements.
• Coordinate with tenants regarding move-in and move-out procedures.
• Maintain records of tenant information and leasing transactions.
• Monitor lease agreements and ensure timely renewal.
• Respond to inquiries and concerns from tenants and prospects.
• Coordinate with property management regarding tenant needs.
