Job Description:
The Office Admin is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. The role includes handling documentation, coordinating office tasks, managing files, and assisting staff with day-to-day administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks.
- Manage and organize office documents and records.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and basic correspondence.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documents using MS Office.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining office calendars.
- Support different departments with administrative needs.
- Ensure office supplies and equipment are properly maintained.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in office administration or similar role.
- MS Office literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Computer literate with basic office software knowledge.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage office tasks efficiently.
- College level or graduate in Business Administration or related field preferred.
