- Policy & Compliance Management: Developing, updating, and enforcing company policies, ensuring they align with local labor laws and best practices.
- Employee Counseling & Support: Providing guidance to staff regarding benefits, compensation, and workplace issues.
- Performance & Relationship Management: Advising managers on performance issues, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
