Customer Service Representative (ENG), Manila

We are looking for a motivated and solutions-oriented customer support representative who can work on a graveyard shift.

Job Description:

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

• Has related customer service experience.
• Good communication skills; proficient in written and spoken English language.
• Amenable to working on a graveyard shift (4 nights a week/32 hours a week)
