Server/Cashier, Manila

Job Summary:

We're looking for outgoing and attentive Servers to provide excellent service to our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to a memorable dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

 Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.

 Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverage selections.

 Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.

 Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.

 Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the experience and address any concerns.

 Prepare and present accurate bills and process payments.

 Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables and server stations.

 

Qualifications:

 Experience is an advantage, but not required. Working students are welcome to apply.

 Knowledge of food preparation and safety standards

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

 Excellent communication and teamwork skills

 Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
