Description
- Oversee the daily operation of Human Resources department
- ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Support HR initiatives including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination and training.
- Also provides guidance HR Staff and acts as link between management and promote a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Bachelor Degree Human resources Management or Bachelor Degree of Psychology
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources role.
- Supervisor or Managerial experience is required.
- Knowledge of Labor Law and HR policies.
- Conflict resolution and problem solving
