Job Description:
HR Manager is focused on Compensation, Benefits and Employee Engagements, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. You will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of our workforce, ensuring they are equipped to excel in their roles. Additionally, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to identify exceptional candidates who align with our company's values and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs that address the needs of various departments, from onboarding to continuous professional development.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify specific training needs and design targeted solutions that align with the goals of the institution.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback, performance metrics, and employee progress.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions to foster a culture of learning and skill enhancement.
- Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for diverse positions across the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and create candidate profiles.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and external organizations to support talent acquisition and development efforts.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment and training process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a strong emphasis on training and recruitment.
- Demonstrated success in designing and delivering effective training programs that drive employee development and growth.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR processes. Having a familiarity with education regulations is plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving HR challenges.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in handling sensitive HR matters.
