Purchaser / Project Construction Coordinator, Manila

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Purchaser / Project Construction Coordinator to support our construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee site coordination, purchasing activities, and petty cash management to ensure smooth project operations.

• Manage and monitor petty cash, including:
• Processing and liquidation of expenses
• Payment of project-related bills
• Accurate recording and documentation of all transactions
• Coordinate with construction team members such as foreman and other assigned focal persons
• Supervise and manage laborers on-site
• Handle purchasing of materials and supplies as needed
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and proper documentation
• Assist in project coordination to maintain workflow and schedules

• Proven experience in a similar role (Purchaser, Project Coordinator, or Construction Coordinator)
• With strong organizational and documentation skills
• Able to manage on-site personnel and communicate effectively with workers and supervisors
• Must own a car or motorcycle (required for site visits and purchasing tasks)
• Trustworthy and capable of handling cash transactions responsibly
• Can work with minimal supervision
