Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide professional and timely responses to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns by identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions in accordance with company policies
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of customer interactions, feedback, and service outcomes
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution of issues and fulfillment of customer needs
• Support order processing, service requests, and documentation requirements as necessary
• Monitor recurring concerns and escalate issues when appropriate to improve service delivery
• Uphold company service standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related business discipline
• At least one (1) year of relevant experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar support role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional business tone
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
