Production Operation Manager, Manila

We are looking for a results-driven Industrial Engineer or manufacturing professional to lead our Manila plant. You will bridge the gap between production planning and floor execution, utilizing Lean Manufacturing to optimize our output and lead a high-performing team.

• Oversee daily manufacturing workflows, ensuring production targets are met with full team accountability.
• Conduct time and motion studies to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce waste.
• Manage manpower allocation and production timelines to ensure seamless delivery.
• Implement Lean principles to boost efficiency and maintain global quality standards.
• Uphold a culture of safety and ensure all products meet structural and thermal performance specs.

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3+ years experience in production/manufacturing operations (Leadership experience required).
• Strong grasp of Lean Manufacturing and production scheduling.
• A problem-solver who can work independently and isn't afraid to render OT when the mission demands it.

• Salary: PHP 35,000 40,000 per month.
