Job Summary

The Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. The ideal candidate has a passion for food, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. Responsibilities include following food safety protocols, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and collaborating with team members to deliver a great dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
• Expertise in Japanese or Western cuisine
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Ensure proper portion sizes and presentation of dishes

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role
• Knowledge of food preparation and safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
