Production Staff, Manila

The Production Staff is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the production process. This includes preparing materials, operating equipment, assembling products, and ensuring quality standards are met.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in production or manufacturing is an advantage but not required.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials if necessary.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules and overtime if needed.
• Can work with minimal supervision.
• Hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented.

• Assist in the production and assembly of products according to company standards.
• Operate production machinery and equipment as assigned.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
• Report any equipment malfunction or production issues to the supervisor.
• Pack, label, and prepare products for delivery or storage.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor.
